If you are seeking an excellent cosmetic or liposuction experience, distance should be no obstacle to getting the care you deserve! To ensure the best cosmetic surgery experience for out-of-state patients, we have designed a consultation process that allows many of the preliminaries to be handled via mail, email, and phone. This is not the same as a face-to-face consultation, but it is a good start.
Taking Photographs for Your virtual Consultation
Please take photos of your areas of concern from several angles. Take a look at our Library of before and after photos and use poses similar to the examples, with underwear or a bathing suit. If you don’t have anyone to take pictures for you, you can take pictures of yourself in the mirror, or utilize the timer setting on your camera, but make sure your areas of concern show clearly in the photos.
When taking pictures, it is important to stand in front of a dark background. The photos should be taken 3-4 feet away from you. Take several photos, rotating each time to ensure we see all angles. For liposuction, we will also need photos of you pinching the area of fat – so we can give you a more accurate consultation and expectation of results.
Phone and Skype Consultations
During the phone consultation, our patient care coordinator will start by reviewing your medical history, then she will listen to your desired results and answer any questions you might have. At this point, we can go over your options and recommend which procedure(s) we think would be best for you, based on your concerns and desired results. During your phone consultation, the patient coordinator will assemble a free quote based on the different options you discussed.
You may decide to schedule surgery based on the phone consultation, or you may decide to schedule an in-office consultation first. We can do much of the pre-operative work ahead of time, from your home state. The length of your stay in Idaho depends on your procedure and your medical history. Whether you schedule your surgery on the phone or following an in-office consultation, we will see you for a pre-operative appointment in order to sign consent forms, take pre-operative photos, and have any of your remaining questions addressed.
