4 tips for Skin Care – Get rid of wrinkles now!

Location, location, location…we’ve all heard that saying when talking about real estate. When it comes to Skin care it’s Prevention, Prevention, prevention!   Prevention is always far better than cure. Here are some great tips to keep you looking great.

1.Drink Water

Your body is 80% water, drinking a lot of water 6-8 glasses a day is a must for healthy skin.  A well hydrated body helps get blemish causing toxins out of your system.

2. No Baking in the Sun

We all love the feel of sunshine on our face. The sun is good for your skin, unless you are setting in it all day. That can lead to sunburn. Stay away from direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day (between 10am and 3pm). Always wear a sunscreen before going out. If you already have sun damage…IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) can erase years of sun damage.

3. Avoid Stress

Stress is one of the worst things for your skin! It causes chemical reactions your body does not like and it shows in your skin, in a bad way. Stress can lead to breakouts (hormonal response).Keep your stress level low as you can enjoy clearer skin. To keep acne breakouts at bay…a good chemical peel, microdermabrasion or LED blue light therapy may help.

4. Develop a Good Skin Care Routine

Learning how to have a good skin care routine is not rocket science.  Learning how to keep it might be. First keep your skin clean, toned and moisturized. Try it all, lots of different products and methods of cleansing, YOU WILL find a routine that works well for you. When that happens, repeat it twice daily(morning and night).
