Brian Kerr MD

Dr. Brian Kerr is the on-site medical director of Silk Touch Medspa and Laser Center.  Dr. Kerr is a graduate of the University of Utah Medical School and completed a residency in anesthesia at the world famous Mayo Clinic.  As a Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Dr. Kerr took care of thousands of Treasure Valley  patients at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.  This practice included taking care of high risk patients with  life threatening needs that required highly skilled emergency interventions.  While these types of emergencies are very rare in the practice of cosmetic medicine it is reassuring to know that Dr. Kerr has both the training and experience to deal with a broad range of emergency medical situations.  Many aesthetic treatments can be uncomfortable so it is no surprise that Dr. Kerr’s expertise in anesthesia  is highly appreciated.

Dr. Kerr is thrilled to have spent the last ten years of his practice focusing on aesthetic and cosmetic medicine.   His patients appreciate his artistic talent and his warm personality.  They love that he listens to their concerns and gently helps them to achieve their aesthetic goals.

Dr. Kerr is a member of the  American Association of Cosmetic Physicians and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery as well as the American Board of Anesthesiologists.
