Dr. Brian Kerr is the on-site medical director of Silk Touch Med Spa and Laser Center serving Boise, Meridian, and Eagle, Idaho. Dr. Kerr is a graduate of the University of Utah Medical School and completed a residency in anesthesia at the world famous Mayo Clinic. As a Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Dr. Kerr took care of thousands of Treasure Valley patients at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. This practice included taking care of high risk patients with life threatening needs that required highly skilled emergency interventions. While these types of emergencies are very rare in the practice of cosmetic medicine it is reassuring to know that Dr. Kerr has both the training and experience to deal with a broad range of emergency medical situations. Many aesthetic treatments can be uncomfortable so it is no surprise that Dr. Kerr’s expertise in anesthesia is highly appreciated.

Dr. Kerr is a member of the American Association of Cosmetic Physicians and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery as well as the American Board of Anesthesiologists.
He provides on-site supervision to our highly trained staff. All medical aestheticians are laser-certified and have had years of training and experience in our treatments and procedures. We strive to educate our patients about potential risks, benefits,and options with their treatment choices.
