What is Acne?
Acne is an inflammatory disease of the skin. It is most common and severe in the teenage years but can continue into adulthood. Acne leads to skin redness, pimples and blackheads. LED Light Therapy
The LED light therapy delivers concentrated light in the precise wavelengths that destroy the bacteria that cause acne, and stimulate cells to help with the healing process and reduce the inflammation surrounding acne lesions.
Photodynamic Acne Therapy
We use a combination of Levulan and LED Light Therapy or Deep Pore Therapy to target hard to treat acne. This treatment can be as effective as Accutane without the side effects.
Medical Microdermabrasion
Medical Microdermabrasion removes dead skin and helps prevent and dislodge follicle plugs. When used as part of an acne treatment program, microdermabrasion can significantly enhance the clearing of active pimples.
